Reckamp Consulting’s founder, Joseph Reckamp, worked in pharmaceutical R&D and manufacturing at companies such as GlaxoSmithKline and Evonik. He then transitioned into the digital transformation world, spending over 6 years at Seeq, where he worked with customers stretching from pharmaceuticals to chemicals to oil & gas. He led the team of highly-regarded Analytics Engineers and Solution Consultants. 

In April 2025, Joe founded Reckamp Consulting, focused on simplifying digital transformation for manufacturers by providing consulting and implementation services to accelerate the digital transformation journey.
